  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

    Our dispatch and towing professionals are available to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.

    Our office hours are 7am to 3:30 pm 7 days a week. 

    Office closed on holidays.

  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    We are located in the Tilbury industrial park at 7391 Progress place in Delta BC

  • WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO TOW MY VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT?

    We’ll need your name, a reliable phone number, the location of your vehicle, destination for drop-off, the make, model, year,  colour, license plate number and how you will be paying. We take Visa, Mastercard, cash and Etransfer.

  • DO I NEED TO BE WITH MY VEHICLE TO HAVE IT TOWED?

    No. As long as we have all the necessary information from you, including where the keys are in relation to the vehicle and payment arrangements have been made, you don’t have to wait for us to arrive to tow your vehicle.

  • DO YOU TOW MOTORCYCLES?

    Yes! All Roadway trucks are equipped with the necessary equipment and training to tow all sizes of motorcycles. 

  • IF MY CAR IS LOWERED, CAN YOU TOW IT?

    Yes! Roadway Towing has all the right equipment and training to tow your lowered vehicle safely, we use race race ramps to extend the length of the deck truck to safely load your car. 

  • DO I NEED A FLATBED TO ACCOMMODATE MY ALL-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE?

    No, all of our trucks are equipped to handle AWD vehicles using the dolly system, when combined with a wheel lift, all 4 tires are kept safely off the ground. So when a wrecker shows up to tow your AWD vehicle instead of a deck truck you can rest assured that your vehicle is in good hands.

  • MY VEH WAS IMPOUNDED, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I PICK IT UP?

    If your vehicle was impounded for 30 days, BEFORE you come to pick it up, you will need to go to a ICBC drivers services location and get a release form. Once you have done this, ICBC will fax it over to us authorizing your vehicles release. For all other impounds, you just need to come to the yard with your ID, pay for the towing and storage costs and be on your way.

  • MY VEH WAS IMPOUNDED FOR 7 DAYS, WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR 9?

    If your vehicle was impounded for 3, 7, or 30 days, Road Safety BC requires that the vehicle be impounded for those full calendar days, so the day it was impounded and the day you are able to pick it up do not go towards the impoundment, however, you are still charged  storage for everyday that your veh is in the yard.
